This notice covers the Makeen Group LLC public website. Buyer and partner agreements cover lead records that move through the desk, and those agreements control where they say something different about operational data.
What you send us
The contact form asks for your name, company, email, an optional phone number, which side of the desk you are on, a vertical, and a message. We store that note so somebody here can reply. We do not sell the contents of the form.
What the server sees
Like most websites, the host records an IP address, a timestamp and the page requested. We use it to stop the form being flooded and to understand which pages are used. We do not build advertising profiles from it.
Lead records
Consumer inquiries that enter the desk are handled under the terms we sign with the buyer and the partner who originated them, including consent, permitted use and retention. This marketing website is not that system.
How long we keep it
Contact notes stay until the conversation is finished and a short period after, unless we need them longer for a dispute. You can ask us to delete a note by emailing hello@makeengroup.com.
